Child Safety Standards
Zero tolerance, in plain words.
Friendly Stakes is an adults-only scoreboard for friendly wagers. These are our published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation, and how to reach us about them.
Zero tolerance
Friendly Stakes has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). No form of content, conduct, communication, or solicitation that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors is permitted anywhere in the service — in bets, chat messages, photos, profiles, or anywhere else users can put words or images.
An adults-only product
Friendly Stakes is for adults. Our Terms of Use require every user to be at least 18 years old, and the service is not directed at children. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.
Reporting concerns
Anyone can report a child safety concern from inside the app: open the profile menu, choose Contact Support, and select the “Report a Player” category. Reports go straight to the team and are triaged ahead of everything else.
You can also reach us directly at support@friendlystakes.com. You don't need an account to report a concern.
What we do with reports
Reports involving potential CSAE are reviewed with priority. Where a report is substantiated we remove the content and terminate the accounts involved. Where the law requires or permits it, we preserve evidence and report to the appropriate authorities — in the United States, that includes reporting apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We cooperate with law enforcement requests made through valid legal process.
Compliance
Friendly Stakes complies with applicable child safety laws in the regions where the app is available, including mandatory reporting obligations. These standards apply to every surface of the service and to every user without exception.
